Visa Support

Foreign participants may be required a visa in order to visit the Russian Federation. The visa processing depends on your citizenship and country of residence. However, the visa should be obtained one month before you enter the Russian Federation. The travel agency «BGS-tour» will provide every participant and accompanying person with an invitation letter and information needed for visa processing at Russian Consulate offices after receiving a visa request form and scanned copy of the passport main page. The cost of the invitation letter is included in the Registration Fee and, therefore, the visa support will only be provided to the registered participants, who has already paid a registration fee. An original of the invitation letter can be sent, if requested. In the latter case all delivery charges should be covered by participant.

Tourist visa vouchers for TOURIST VISA PROCESSING ONLY and hotel confirmations will be distributed by the hotels Holiday Inn**** and Pulkovskaya Inn**** to the addresses indicated in the participants` registration forms.

Arrival/Departure Transfers

All participants of the conference and accompanying persons will be met at Saint-Petersburg airports Pulkovo I and Pulkovo II or at the railway stations and transferred to the Hotel Holiday Inn. Departure transfers will also be available for registered participants. Please provide your travel details in due course in order to facilitate the organization of the airport and railway arrival/departure transfers. Participants staying outside of the Hotel Holiday Inn will need to arrange their own transportation.
