DEADLINES

Abstract submission - 15th of February, 2010.
Registration and payment form – 15th of February, 2010.
Full payment of the registration fee by bank transfer – 1th of March, 2010.
Hotel booking form – 1st of March, 2010
Request for official invitation letter for visa application– 1st of March, 2010.
Full hotel payment – 22st of April, 2010

CANCELLATION POLICY

The travel agency «BGS-tour» guarantees the reservation of the hotel rooms on the assumption of full payment of booked services.
Notification of cancellation of registration fee and hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to the Local Secretariat by e-mail 8iwc@vir.nw.ru, to travel agency «BGS-tour» by e-mail sale@orticon.com and bgri@cornell.edu

Registration Fee:
For cancellation received before 30.04.2010, full price of registration fee will be refunded.
For cancellation received from 30.04.2010 till 17.05.2010, 50% of registration fee will be charged.
For cancellation received after 17.05.2010, no refund will be given and full payment is required.

Hotel Accommodation:
For cancellations received 3 days before arrival, full price of registration fee will be refunded
For cancellations received less than 3 days before arrival, no refund will be provided.

All refunds will be processed after the event.
