The following accompanying person program is offered for interested participants.
Some changes of the program are possible.

Monday

9:00 – 12:00 – Saint-Petersburg general bus excursion
12:30 – 14:00 – Lunch at the Hotel Holiday Inn or in the city
14:00 – 17:00 – Visit to the St. Isaac's Cathedral with access to the colonnade observation point
19:00 - 20:30 - Welcome Cocktail «Get together»

June 1,
Tuesday

9:00 – 12:00 – Visit to the Peter and Paul Fortress
12:30 – 14:00 – Lunch at the Hotel Holiday Inn or in the city
14:00 – 17:00 – Visit to the State Hermitage

June 2,
Wednesday

9:00 – 13:00 – Visit to the Summer Tsar Residence with palaces and fountains (Petrodvorets, 45 km from the city).
13:00 – 14:00 – Lunch at Petrodvorets
14:00 – 17:00 – Visit to the Grand Petrodvorets Palace
19:00-22:00  – Conference Dinner in the Show Hall «Atmosphere»

June 3,
Thursday

9:00 – 12:00 –   Visit to the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood
12:30 – 14:00 – Lunch at the Hotel Holiday Inn or in the city
14:00 – 19:00 – Visit to Pushkin town together with the participants of the conference (park + palace)

June 4,
Friday

Free day

The cost of all the tickets to museums, English speaking guide and all the transfers are included in the registration fee for accompanying person.

Lunches are not included in the registration fee and, therefore, should be paid separately

The conference takes place during the main tourist season. Many of the tourist attractions require advance booking and it is recommended to make reservations through the organizers.
