Conference Accommodation

Participants of the conference will stay at the headquarters hotel Holiday Inn **** (Moskovsky pr., 97 A, Saint-Petersburg, 196084, Russia).
The price of a single room is 120 Euro per night and 134 Euro for double room including breakfast and all the taxes.

To make a reservation of the hotel you should fill in the Hotel Booking Form and Payment Agreement and send it to the travel agency “BGS-tour” and to the Local Secretariat by e-mails: sale@orticon.com and 8iwc@vir.nw.ru

Payment for the accommodation should be transferred directly to the hotel.

Due to the huge amount of participants who will attend BGRI meeting and 8th IWC, the Local Organizing Committee is not able to accommodate all at the Hotel Holiday Inn ****.
We’re glad to offer you an equivalent Hotel - Park Inn Pulkovskaya**** (St.-Petersburg, Ploshchad Pobedy, 1) for the same prices:
Single Room – 120 euro/night, Double Room – 134 euro/night (including breakfast and taxes).
Accommodation fee is paid by Credit Card on your arrival directly at the hotel. Besides that all non-Russian citizens when check in at the hotel should pay a tax 150 RUB (approximately 5 USD).

Local Organizing Committee will provide daily transfer from Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel to Holiday Inn (trip-time 15-20 minutes). This service will be free of charge.

Alternative hotels are available in the city but the participants wishing to stay outside of Holiday Inn **** and Park Inn Pulkovskaya**** shall make their own arrangements.
